MID - SENIOR UX DESIGNER

Job description

Bourne Digital are seeking experienced user experience designers, with extensive experience across product research, prototyping and product validation and testing to work in our national UX practice. Accepting candidates from all Australian states.

Work​ ​Experience

Proven experience as a UX Designer, or similar role, in an agency, consultancy or studio.

Expectations​ ​and​ ​Tasks

  • Consultation with clients to understand their goals and execute to an agreed brief.

  • Research, including developing personas and usage scenarios to conduct concept and usability testing.

  • Creation of wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, screen flows and prototypes.

  • Product validation; analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience

  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)

  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment

Education

Minimum BSc/BA in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or appropriate Commercial experience.

  • Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Axure, Adobe CS)

EXPERIENCED SAP UI5 DEVELOPER

Job description

Bourne Digital are seeking experienced SAP developers (Fiori, UI5, OData, ABAP) to compliment our energetic and passionate team. Start date - immediately! Accepting candidates from all Australian states.

Work Experience

3+ years of development experience.

Expectations and Tasks

  • Work in a team of consultants, developers, architects and project managers to develop UI5 applications
  • Curiosity and fast learning of new technical components and concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with developing on SAP Cloud Platform
  • Gateway and OData service building and extension
  • Ideally exposure on ABAP CDS
  • Co ordinate with Functional SAP Consultants to understand business requirements.
  • Technical analysis of functional requirements, and prepare technical specifications.
  • Develop and Test FIORI/ UI5 Apps.
  • Customize and configure the Fiori Launch pad.
  • Set Up Roles, Create Users , Creating Catalogue and Groups for Launchpad
  • Connection of SAP Workflow to UI5 Application.

Education

  • Min. Bachelor of Computer Science or similar.

Skills And Competencies

  • Good knowledge of web development technologies like UI5, HTML 5, jQuery, CSS, ODATA, JavaScript, ABAP, JSON and XML
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new functionality/technology quickly; Also able to explain technical information to technical or non-technical people
  • Sound Fundamentals of Computer Science and MVC Architectural concepts
  • Sound Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good English communications skills and ability to handle customer expectations & escalations
  • Hands on experience with tools like GIT, WebIDE
  • Conduct analysis of Project Web Access (PWA) and identify areas for improvement
