Selim is the Managing Director and Founder of Bourne Digital. He brings over 20 years of digital consulting experience from SAP, PwC and KPMG Consulting, to help customers define and deliver their digital business strategy.

John has over 15 years of IT management and analysis experience with SAP BI, ECC & SCP in major organisations including Powercor, Spotlight, Energy Australia and BHPB. He is continually looking for efficiency and process improvements especially through the adoption of IoT and machine learning.

Melissa is a design strategist and ethnographic researcher with over 10 years experience in UX, product and service design. She's led projects across the areas of health, energy and government, creating solutions that generate measureable, human-centred change for users.

Ben is passionate about simplifying and optimising business processes by leveraging the latest digital solutions. He has 12 years experience delivering large SAP ERP transformation projects (including S/4HANA) as well as designing and developing simplified user experiences using SAP Fiori and native mobile applications.
